Millionaire Shortbread

Feel like a million bucks when eating this delightful dessert!  A buttery shortbread topped with caramel covered in chocolate!
The hard part is deciding which flavor to get!
Sea salt comes with a sea salt caramel and is dark chocolate.  Cookies and cream is a chocolate shortbread with chocolate caramel in white chocolate.  Pumpkin spice (seasonal) has a pumpkin and spice caramel and is in milk chocolate.  The gingerbread (seasonal) has a spiced shortbread with a molasses caramel and is in dark chocolate with white chocolate accent.
